Heading to the final Porsche Sprint Challenge North America event of the 2023 season, all Robb Todd and BR Racing have is one goal in mind: to secure and win the Porsche Sprint Challenge North America Championship. Robb has had a fantastic season and has established a commanding lead in the series as a result of his six wins in ten races this season. In addition, BR Racing will be fielding a 992 Cup for Blake McDonald, looking to build on his steady progress through the 2023 season.

“Last year was a stellar event for BR Racing Motorsports, and we look to build on the momentum we have from the 2023 season and our experience at this venue,” explains Bruce Todd. “Yet, we have to take it one race at a time.”

The success for BR Racing has been a sign of domination in 2023 as Robb has won six of ten races this season and earned three pole positions in five opportunities. Robb has also finished on the podium in eight of ten races, while the BR Racing team has been on the podium 11 times in the 992 Cup class, showing a season of hard work, technical innovation, dedication, leadership, and teamwork – special people achieving exceptional results.

Both McDonald and Todd will compete in the 992 Pro/Am class as they battle one of the world’s most iconic racetracks, the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) road course. Taking part during the SRO Indianapolis 8-Hour event weekend, a jam-packed event will feature three on track sessions, including qualifying on Wednesday afternoon, which will set the grid for the final wheel-to-wheel races of the 2023 Porsche Sprint Challenge season.

Todd continues, “We have had success this season, and that has built momentum toward our 2024 campaign. We are looking to expand our program, and our success in 2023 proves we are ready to do that and ensure success.”

BR Racing will also win the Porsche Sprint Challenge North America GT4 Championship for the Western series. Showing their commitment to the program, BR Racing has entered two cars / drivers in the GT4 race series, winning every Pro/Am event in the 2023 GT4 season.
