THE SECOND ROUND OF THE A-MAXX RACING WKA ESPORTS SERIES PRESENTED BY SUMMIT RACING EQUIPMENT TAKES ON THE DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY TONIGHT

It was a dominating performance by Nick Snell last week at the opening round of the A-Maxx Racing WKA eSports Series Presented by Summit Racing Equipment as race two is set to go green tonight. Ready to attack the Daytona International Speedway this evening, series officials have made positive changes to accommodate the overwhelming demand as more than fifty entrants will take on the virtual Florida facility.

“Round one was a success, but we have made some changes to increase participation and only have a few spots left open,” explained Kevin Williams. “We reached our maximum driver capacity in just a few days after opening registration for round one, and with that we have altered the format and will have a direct transfer to the main event for top qualifiers and then a pair of heat races to round out the grid. Additionally, drivers that are seen in round two will be with us for the remainder of our online sim efforts as they fight for huge championship prizes.”

With Nick Snell taking the victory during the opening round, Byron Daley and Austin Olds rounded out the top-three and virtually celebrated on the podium post event. Looking for more in round two, the second and third place finishers will look to challenge the pace of Snell. James Overbeck and Hunter Fox rounded out the top-five on night one with Will Salisbury, Nikita Poneris, Connor Zilisch, Brian Julien and Cameron Christ all finding their way to the top-ten when the final checkered flag had flown.
