Looking to put the COVID-19 pandemic in the rearview mirror, Formula Pro USA Presented by Exclusive Racing is excited to push forward with their June 5-7 event at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. Receiving written approval from Monterey County to hold the event, registration is open as Exclusive Racing looks to bring their motorsports family back together.
“It has been a different year, but since our most recent delay we have always had the Laguna Seca event as a target,” explained Brent Morgan. “WeatherTech Raceway is one of the premier tracks in North America and one that we look forward to visiting each and every season. With the lack of events in the past ten weeks, we are all anxious and excited to get back.”
With Friday added to the race weekend, teams and competitors can take advantage of additional track time in the first event back on track for Formula Pro USA.
The remaining schedule for the 2020 Formula Pro USA Western Championship Presented by Exclusive Racing is as follows:
June 5-7 – Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca – Rounds 3 & 4
June 26-28 – Sonoma Raceway – Rounds 5 & 6
August 29-30 – Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca – Rounds 7 & 8
September 19-20 – Portland International Raceway – Rounds 9 & 10
November 14-15 – Auto Club Speedway – Rounds 11 & 12
