With back-to-back race weekends on the horizon, TB Kart USA is set to bring ten entries to the Sunshine State. Taking on the final rounds of the Superkarts! USA Winter Series this weekend before transitioning to the ROK Cup USA Florida Winter Tour, all ten entries come from the shifter division as the TB Kart brand continues to look to carry their winning momentum from January to February.

“January was a great month for us as we managed to score wins in both series, but that just makes us more hungry to continue the success into February and beyond,” expressed Farshad Bagheri. “We have ten entries over the next two weeks and as a team, we will be pushing hard to ensure success.”

Taking on the SKUSA Winter Series finale at the AMR Motorplex this weekend, TB Kart USA will enter three drivers in the Shifter Master category. Perennial front-runner Rene Martinelli will be joined by Scott Presti and TB Kart USA Owner Bagheri.

The following weekend will see the team travel to Tropicana Field and the temporary circuit for round two of the Florida Winter Tour. Round one winner Scott Presti will look to continue his winning ways with the ROK powerplant while Bagheri will look to go two-for-two in podiums. Martinelli will be back in contention and should factor in the results at the front of the field as they will race alongside Morne Van Taak, Ed Ortiz, Corey Cline and Kori Matthews.

Bagheri added, “The strength of our 2022 chassis is evident and our shifter program is blossoming. After winning round one of the SKUSA Winter Series, it is unfortunate that Edoardo Villa will not be able to make the trip stateside this weekend, as he really showed what our TaG chassis is capable of, scoring a win and driving from the tail of the field to earn a top-ten and the fastest race lap in round two.”

TB Kart USA drivers will hit the track on Wednesday this week to prep for round three and four of the SKUSA Winter Series that will take place over the weekend. A quick turnaround will see the team travel from Homestead to St. Petersburg, prep and be back on track on Thursday as they look to take home some hardware at round two of the Florida Winter Tour.
