With the month of January now in their rear-view mirror, Supertune is full steam ahead in February with their first event this coming weekend. Back at the AMR Motorplex for rounds three and four of the Superkarts! USA Winter Series, the potent Tony Kart program is primed and ready to continue their front of the field presence.

“We have two drivers in X30 Junior and two in Mini Swift,” expressed Ben Cruttenden. “While it is not the biggest driver lineup that we have had, it will allow us to focus more attention to each and every driver. We have a good chance to continue to stand on the podium this weekend and at the end of the day, that is the overall goal.”

Two Supertune competitors will throw their hat in the mix in X30 Junior as Noah Baker and Jorge Ortiz will look to battle at the front of the field. Similar to junior, two more competitors will fly the Tony Kart and Supertune colors in Mini Swift with Diego Ardilles and Karsyn Walters.

Cruttenden added, “This weekend will present a new challenge as we run in the opposite direction of rounds one and two, but we are up for it. We have both the equipment and drivers that are able to claim the checkered flag, and we look to use this weekend to springboard our way forward through the rest of the 2021 season.”

While some Supertune drivers were on track this past weekend in preparation for next week, the majority of them will hit the track Thursday and Friday for unofficial practice. With two race days over the weekend, these four drivers are focused on race wins and podium results as the series championship comes to a close.
