Descending on the New Castle Motorsports Park (NCMP) for two of the next three weeks, Speed Concepts Racing will enter seven drivers this weekend at the United States Pro Kart Series (USPKS) event. With talented competitors spread amongst three divisions, the Florida based karting program will be shooting for race wins and podium results as they build momentum towards the Superkarts! USA (SKUSA) SummerNationals.

“We have had a little bit of a lull in the schedule but are excited to get back and at it,” explained Speed Concepts Racing Owner Mike Speed. “We have some good setup from previous experiences at New Castle and are shooting for the top step of the podium.”

With four drivers in the IAME X30 Junior field, Speed Concepts Racing will help Justin Arseneau, Luke Lange, Luca Mars and Kyffin Simpson achieve success in Indiana. Noah Baker and Paul Bocuse will fly the Speed Concepts Racing flag in IAME Mini Swift while Scott Roberts throws his hat into the mix in IAME X30 Masters.

Speed added, “The USPKS is a good program and provides a lot of track time for our drivers. We are able to gather the necessary data as well as be able to provide driver coaching and setup changes without being rushed.”

Alex Speed will be the lone Speed Concepts Racing driver coach for the USPKS event in New Castle as he and Kyle Kirkwood normally tag team the duties.

“Kyle will be participating at the USF2000 event in Ohio where he currently leads the championship after winning seven of nine rounds,” added Alex Speed. “He is experienced at winning in both karts and cars and we wish him the best of luck and will welcome him back with us during the SKUSA event in a few week’s time.”
