Ryan Yardley and Tyler Maxson, racing out of the TOPP Racing camp, delivered impressive performances at the opening round of the 2025 Porsche Carrera Cup North America season, held at the legendary Sebring International Raceway. The weekend marked the start of a highly anticipated campaign, and the duo’s efforts showcased the drivers’ skill and the team’s determination on one of the most challenging tracks in motorsport.
TCS Fuel Card backed driver Ryan Yardley, the Vice-Champion from 2024, secured a spot on the podium in both of his races, finishing in second place in both round one on Thursday and round two on Friday. His consistent pace earned him valuable points and set the tone for what promises to be a strong season ahead.
Maxson, supported by Apex Capital Corporation and in his first career Porsche Carrera Cup North America start, showed significant growth over the weekend. Moving from a different program in 2024 to the Porsche effort in 2025, Maxson faced a highly competitive field, earning a pair of top-ten results. Finishing eighth in round one, Maxson finished sixth in the second wheel-to-wheel race of the week, narrowly missing out on a top-five result.

The next round of the 2025 Porsche Carrera Cup North America will take place at the Miami Autodrome, alongside the Formula One World Championship from May 2-4, where both Yardley and Maxson will be looking to build on their solid start to the season.
