With the off-season now complete, Ryan Shehan is primed and ready to get back on track. Set to compete in his first karting event of 2021, Shehan will join Team Crosslink in Pompano Beach, Florida at the Isle Casino for the opening round of the ROK Cup USA Florida Winter Tour. With a quick turnaround after the event weekend, Ryan will jump into the seat of his Ligier JSF4 to prepare for the start of his F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda campaign.
“I am ready to get 2021 started,” explained Ryan Shehan. “I live for racing and it has been a long off season. This year will be a season of dreams for me having the opportunity to compete in both karts and cars and to do that in back-to-back weekends is very cool. I have my goals set and will work hard to achieve them for not only me, but my partners and Team Crosslink as well.”
With unofficial practice beginning today, qualifying and the first of three heat races will take place on Friday. Heats two, three and each class prefinal will happen on Saturday before event one race winners will be crowned on Sunday. Stay tuned to the Ryan Shehan Racing social media pages for news, information, photos and results from the event weekend.
Shehan added, “We have some very cool and unique programs in the works for the remainder of the 2021 season and can’t wait to get those announced and started later this month. We are excited about the value we can bring to our current and future partners in both karts and cars and how we can help provide unique experiences and corporate outings.”
