Entering its 35th year of business, PKS Kart Supplies is set for a full schedule in 2018. Competing on the local, regional and national levels of karting, the Fresno, the California-based company will once again crisscross their way across the country competing in some of North America’s largest karting programs. Known not only for their knowledge and experience with engine and chassis tuning, PKS Kart Supplies is a full-service kart shop with product and equipment sales for customers on all levels.

“We are really looking forward to the 2018 season,” explained Glenn Araki. “My wife, Cristina, and I have been in this sport for a very long time and have had success. We look forward to continuing on through the year and adding to our results resume.”

While many teams focus on the national level only, Team PKS supports all levels and forms of karting, providing trackside support and product sales in several different series. 2018 will be no different as Team PKS will attend the California ProKart Challenge, the Superkarts! USA (SKUSA) Pro Tour, KPX Championship, Los Angeles Kart Club (LAKC), as well as the popular winter program, the Challenge of the Americas, which kicks off next weekend at the PKRA facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Araki added, “I have been involved in karting since 1970 and I have seen the highs and lows of the sport. I can honestly say that I am excited about the 2018 season as I believe that we will compete at some of the best series and competitions available in the country.”

Rejoining the team for 2018 will be Californian Logan Toke. Kicking off his 2018 season at the Challenge of the Americas this coming weekend, Toke will compete in the Vortex Mini ROK category aboard a Top Kart chassis. Building from his introduction to national level racing in 2017, Toke will compete at LAKC, the California ProKart Challenge and SKUSA Pro Tour and the Florida Winter Series in addition to the Challenge of the Americas program and other selected national events.
