Nitro Motorsports, in conjunction with Venturini Motorsports (VMS), is pleased to welcome rising star Taylor Reimer to its driver roster for this weekend’s ARCA Menards Series event at Elko Speedway. Reimer will pilot the #70 BuzzBallz Toyota Camry at the 3/8-mile bullring on Saturday night, marking another step in her growing stock car career.
A native of Oklahoma, Reimer made her name in open-wheel racing, competing in national midget events with Keith Kunz Motorsports in the Lucas Oil POWRi and USAC series. With a background in dirt racing, Taylor competed with Venturini Motorsports in dirt track ARCA races in 2023 and 2024 before steadily transitioning into pavement competition, gaining valuable experience in late models and ARCA testing programs. While not new to the ARCA racing program, but new to pavement racing, Reimer is looking to continue to build on the momentum from previous ARCA success. In 2024 at the Springfield event weekend, Taylor and VMS teammate Isabella Robusto made history by becoming the first pair of women to finish on the podium in the same ARCA Menards Series event.
“Taylor is a talented and composed driver who has shown tremendous growth across multiple disciplines of racing,” expressed Nick Tucker, Owner of Nitro Motorsports. “We’re excited to give her the opportunity to showcase her skills in the ARCA Menards Series and believe she’ll adapt quickly to the high demands of short track stock car racing at Elko.”
Reimer, who continues to break barriers for women in motorsports, is eager to take on this new challenge.
