Copeland Motorsports driver Nathan Dupuis turn his attention to Barber Motorsports Park this weekend, as the Toyota GR Cup North America program heads to Birmingham, Alabama for Rounds 11 and 12 over the September 25-27 weekend.
With only the season finale at Indianapolis Motor Speedway remaining after this weekend, Barber marks the second-to-last event on the 2026 calendar and the final doubleheader before the championship is decided in October. Every point earned across Rounds 11 and 12 will carry added weight as the title picture continues to take shape.
Widely regarded as one of the most picturesque and technical venues in North American motorsports, Barber Motorsports Park is a 2.38-mile, 17-turn road course that winds through the grounds of the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum and is often called “The Alabama Roller Coaster”.
“Barber is one of those tracks every driver looks forward to,” said Dupuis. “It’s technical, it’s got a lot of character, and with where we are in the championship, every session matters. We’re heading into this weekend focused on being consistent across both races and picking up as many points as we can before the finale at Indy.”
Dupuis added, “I am looking forward to carrying the KCN Campgrounds logo again this weekend and promoting their brand both on and off the track. I can’t thank them enough for their support, and I hope I can make them proud when the weekend concludes on Sunday.”
Following the Barber Motorsports Park weekend, the Toyota GR Cup North America season concludes with the finale at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in October.
