After a weekend of competition at Barber Motorsports Park, Miller Vinatieri Motorsports drivers Jack William Miller and Kent Vaccaro will head to the Streets of St. Petersburg. Set to compete in the third and fourth rounds of the Road to Indy, the Indianapolis based program will take on the barrier lined circuit in the efforts to work their way towards the front of the grid.
“As a team, we really enjoy the St. Pete Grand Prix as it is one of the best races on the calendar,” explained Team Co-Owner Jack Miller. “We are excited to get down to Florida and get the weekend started. We had a decent start to the season this past weekend in Alabama but really want to push to improve on that.”
Jack William Miller will pilot the #40 Patterson Dental machine in the Indy Pro 2000 Championship while Kent Vaccaro will be behind the wheel of the #16 Adirondack Radiation Therapy car in the USF2000 Championship.
Miller added, “The street circuit is always difficult as the jam-packed schedule provides no room for error. With the goal to complete every lap of every session, I feel that our pace will allow us to be at the pointy end of the grid.”
The 2021 Grand Prix of St. Petersburg gets underway Friday, April 24th and runs through Sunday the 26th.
