Luke Lange will return to Road America this coming weekend, instead he has traded his race car for a kart. Competing at the United States Pro Kart Series (USPKS) Badger State Grand Prix, Lange will rejoin Speed Concepts Racing and compete in the X30 Pro class. Returning to the facility where he claimed a June Sprints victory behind the wheel of a Hyundai Veloster, Lange will not run on the 4.14-mile circuit, but instead at the C-Tech Manufacturing Motorplex as he aims for the top step of the podium.

“My last trip to Road America was victorious so I am hoping my trip this week is much of the same,” expressed Luke Lange. “I was able to shake the karting rust off a few weeks ago in Indiana and managed to improve my results with each passing day. I am ready to get going and see what we can do in Wisconsin.”

Piloting a Redspeed chassis prepared by Speed Concepts Racing, Lange has rejoined one of the powerhouse karting programs in the United States as he looks stand on the top step of the podium at one of the largest national karting series in the country.

Lange continued, “The guys from Speed Concepts Racing have helped me improve so much over the years that I have been with them. I am feeling good about the weekend and can’t wait to get started.”

With on track action beginning Thursday with unofficial practice, Friday will also be the home of practice as drivers gear up for the weekend. With two separate race days on Saturday and Sunday, Lange will have a pair of opportunities to stand on the podium during rounds three and four of the program.
