Being back in the racing mindset, Jay Howard Driver Development (JHDD) drivers will head to the Sebring International Raceway for rounds three and four of the USF Pro 2000 Presented by Cooper Tires and USF2000 Presented by Cooper Tires programs. With the third and fourth rounds at the 3.74-mile and 17-turn road course this weekend, JHDD drivers’ minds are strictly focused on success. The six drivers from JHDD come with a motivational reminder of the USF2000 one-two finish in race one at St. Petersburg earlier this month.

JHDD has seen exceptional determination from all six drivers throughout the pre-season testing and at the season opener at the Streets of St. Petersburg in Florida. Now that rounds three and four at Sebring are just around the corner, it is a chance for JHDD to make their final adjustments with the information gathered during races one and two.

“We have reviewed St. Petersburg and the information we have gathered has allowed us to see where we are strong and where we need to pay some extra attention to details,” explained Jay Howard. “We have no doubt in our minds that our drivers will continue to grow in their abilities this season and be battling for championship points.”

The Sebring road course is challenging and bumpy with a surface made up of 2.4 miles of asphalt and 1.2 miles of concrete. This road course is very familiar to Jay Howard Driver Development and its drivers as it has been used for a number of years spanned across a number of series, as well as the location of some pre-season testing earlier this year for the USF Pro 2000 and USF2000 drivers, giving them an extra level of knowledge.

Ready to hit the track again, all the drivers have been working extensively in preparation and are thrilled to be able to show it off on track again this weekend.

After this coming weekend at Sebring the racing season continues at the Indianapolis Grand Prix Circuit from May 11-13 for rounds 5/6/7 for the USF2000 drivers and rounds 5/6 for the USF Pro 2000 entries.
