In yet another addition to the United States Karting Grand Prix (USKGP), J3 Competition and ROTAX Max have added their name and organization to the series of promoters. Joining the World Karting Association, TaG USA, TaG International, NCK Road Racing and Puget Sound Road Racing Association, ROTAX and J3 Competition will now assist in the aid and promotion and help spread the footprint of the first annual United States Karting Grand Prix.
“We are happy to add our name to the list of sanctioning bodies that are supporting the first annual USKGP,” expressed Justin Stefani of J3 Competition. “To put the ROTAX brand in a multi-series event at one of the premier karting facilities on the West Coast was a no brainer and we jumped at the opportunity as soon as we were asked. We will do our best to push and promote the event as much as possible and look forward to seeing everyone on site in July.”
In addition to providing their name and branding to the event, J3 Competition will be on site to help promote the sales of their ROTAX product line and service ROTAX competitors.
“We welcome J3 Competition and ROTAX to the United States Karting Grand Prix family,” explained Marty Casey. “J3 is one of the most prominent names in North American karting and the ROTAX brand is something that is seen and raced around the world.”
Shaping up to be one of the premier events on the 2021 calendar, the USKGP has already garnered interest from racers and teams within the United States and abroad. Utilizing both the Sprint and Road race layouts at the multi-circuit Utah Motorsports Campus, a full slate of three days of intense competition is in store. Add in the extra-curricular activities such as the World Tire Changing Challenge, a welcome party and more, the family friendly event is a great way to get back to the racetrack in a fun environment that will give every dollar of profit back to the competitor.
While event details will be communicated in the coming weeks, the USKGP has also launched an event website at www.USKartingGrandPrix.com. Stay tuned for more information.
