Radical Cup North America traveled to Florida for the 2024 season opener at the famed and bumpy Sebring International Raceway. Racing in the Platinum Class with his new team, WISKO Racing, Gorksi had a strong start to the season, scoring one podium finish and a pair of top-five results in his Platinum class debut, despite not racing in race three on Sunday.

After qualifying fourth for the first wheel-to-wheel action, Gorski dropped one position to finish in the fifth position in race one on Saturday. In race two, Gorski piloted his #24 onto the podium for the first time in the 2024 Radical Cup North America season, and his first-time racing in the Platinum class, finishing third. On Sunday, Gorski was unwell and ultimately decided to withdraw and did not take part in race three.

“It was a bit of an up-and-down weekend,” Gorski explained. “I had two strong finishes on Saturday, including one podium, but unfortunately on Sunday, I wasn’t able to take part in the race. While I was unwell, I could have forced it but decided to withdraw for both the safety of myself and my fellow competitors.”

Gorski will shift his focus to the next event in the Radical Cup North America series over April 26-28 in Leeds, Alabama at Barber Motorsports Park. Racing alongside the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, Gorski and the rest of the Radical Cup North America teams and competitors will have the opportunity to compete on the grandest of stages in front of a packed house of race fans and spectators.
