After a busy month of May in Indiana, the INDY NXT by Firestone series heads to compete on the streets of Downtown Detroit this weekend alongside the NTT INDYCAR SERIES. Last year marked a new era for the Detroit Grand Prix, switching the scenery from the famous Belle Isle to the streets of Detroit, where drivers will battle wheel-to-wheel along the Detroit River.

A race that was a doubleheader last year returns this year with just a single-point scoring event throughout the weekend. Bogle, who scored a top-ten result of sixth in race one of the Detroit Grand Prix weekend in 2023, hopes to one-up his previous success on the streets this weekend.

“Detroit was one of my best results on track last season,” explains Bogle. “I’m hoping we can get the #7 car to the podium this time around. This is one of my favorite tracks to race on the schedule so I’m looking forward to a great weekend.”

Bogle and the rest of the field will battle for 45 laps on the 1.645-mile, nine-turn street circuit along Jefferson Avenue, Bates Street, Atwater Street, St. Antoine, Franklin Street, and Rivard on Sunday, June 2, for the fifth race of the 2024 season. The entire weekend track times can be found below.
