HMD Motorsports is headed to the Pacific Northwest for Round 14 of the 2026 INDY NXT by Firestone season in Portland, Oregon. Taking on Portland International Raceway, the Brownsburg-based powerhouse is prepared to continue its pursuit of the championship with just four races remaining. HMD Motorsports brings Enzo Fittipaldi, Tymek Kucharczyk, Jack Beeton, and series newcomer Bart Harrison to the 1.967-mile, 12-turn road course Portland International Raceway.

Brazilian rookie Enzo Fittipaldi leads the HMD Motorsports charge, sitting just one point behind the championship leader. With four wins, two pole positions, and seven podium finishes to his name to date in the 2026 season, Fittipaldi has quickly established himself as a leading contender in the American open-wheel ranks.

Tymek Kucharczyk remains close behind in third in the championship and firmly in contention for the title. The Polish rookie has delivered many impressive performances throughout the season, showcasing his ability to charge through the field and contend at the front as he continues his championship pursuit. Earning one win this season so far, Kucharczyk is hoping to add to that total in Portland.

Jack Beeton enters Portland eighth in the championship and continues to build momentum. The Australian rookie has found his rhythm in the #45 HMD Motorsports entry, turning consistent pace throughout the season into increasingly strong results. With a solid start to the second half of the season, Beeton is aiming for the podium in the Pacific Northwest.

Joining the team’s three full-time rookies is a new face in the HMD Motorsports lineup, Bart Harrison. Recently announced, the 18-year-old Englishman will pilot the #17 HMD Motorsports entry at the Grand Prix of Portland and the Grand Prix of Monterey doubleheader in place of Salvador de Alba. Harrison arrives amid his Eurocup-3 campaign and will make his INDY NXT debut as he gains valuable experience in the series as he evaluates his options for the 2027 season.

“Portland is another opportunity we plan to capitalize on,” commented HMD Motorsports Team President Mike Maurini. “Our strength comes from execution across every session. We’re focused on maximizing points and delivering throughout weekend. We’re also excited to welcome Bart into a proven group of drivers and engineers, and we’re confident he’ll integrate quickly and benefit from the depth and experience within HMD Motorsports.”

The Grand Prix of Portland action begins Friday with Practice One at 4:30 PM ET on FS2. Practice Two follows Saturday at 12:00 PM ET, with Qualifying scheduled for 3:00 PM ET, both live on FS1. The weekend will conclude Sunday as we go racing at 2:00 PM ET on FS1, and HMD Motorsports will look to return to the front and strengthen their championship position.
