Sitting eighth in the championship after their efforts at Daytona International Raceway, Bryson Morris and Taylor Hagler, drivers of the #77 Bryan Herta Autosport (BHA) Hyundai Veloster N TCR, hope to make the climb up the standings in the second round of the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge this weekend at Sebring International Raceway. Competing during the famed Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring Presented by Cadillac event weekend, Morris and Hagler will take look for the checkered flag in the Alan Jay Automotive Network 120 race.

After taking home a top-ten result at Daytona International Raceway, the Hyundai Veloster #77 driving duo hopes round two will be a smoother run than the season opener.

“The results in Daytona weren’t what we were looking for,” explained Morris. “But Bryan Herta Autosport is a top-notch team in this series so we’re up for the challenge. Taylor has produced incredible results in this series in the past, and I know together we will have success. The goal this weekend is to be fighting for the win.”

Morris, the younger of the BHA driving duo, will also be taking part in the season-opening race of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America series with the ANSA Motorsports team on the same weekend. The series will start with two practice sessions on Wednesday, a qualifying session, and the first race on Thursday, and will conclude with one final race on Friday evening.

“I’m excited to also be joining ANSA Motorsports this weekend in the Lamborghini,” added Morris. “I’m looking forward to getting the extra seat time and producing results in their season opener as well as the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge.”
