BLACK SHEEP RACING DRIVERS HEAD TO THE UTAH MOTORSPORTS CAMPUS

It is back on track this weekend for a pair of Black Sheep Racing drivers as they are set to take on the Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC) in Grantsville, Utah. As the Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West program enters the homestretch, Laura Ely enters the event weekend two points off the lead in the West Championship as she and Stephen Ayers will look to battle for the podium in Utah.

“We are ready for Utah,” expressed Ely. “We are coming off a solid weekend at Road America and can go for some more wins on the West Coast. The checkered flag on our season is drawing near and the goal will be to finish strong, win a championship, and build some momentum for 2023.”

Stephen Ayers commented, “I have had a few podium results this year and would like nothing more than to add to that total. I am confident that both Laura and I can be in the top two positions on the podium and that would be incredible for Black Sheep Racing.”

Set to hit the track on Friday for three Porsche Sprint Challenge North America practice sessions, Saturday will be opened with qualifying and the first wheel-to-wheel action of the event. Sunday will see race two of the weekend take the green flag and a second opportunity to stand atop the podium.
