Alliance Racing returned to action this past weekend at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for the latest round of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America. The team fielded a single entry, with co-drivers Jack William Miller and Angelo Dinkov competing in a competitive field.
In Race One, the duo started from fifth position and delivered a consistent performance to finish sixth, maintaining position in a tightly contested race. Race Two presented new challenges, with the pair starting eighth and ultimately finishing eighth to leave the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca with a pair of top-ten results.
“Laguna Seca is always a demanding track, and this weekend gave us a lot of valuable information to work with,” explained Team Owner Toney Edwards. “Jack and Angelo did a solid job staying consistent and bringing the car home in both races. While we are always aiming for more, weekends like this are important for development, and we are continuing to build as a team.”
Alliance Racing will now turn its attention to the next round of the championship at Watkins Glen International, scheduled for June 26-28. With continued progress and experience gained, Alliance Racing looks ahead to Watkins Glen focused on taking the next step forward in its Lamborghini Super Trofeo campaign.
